Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare requirements for banks and finance lease institutions including renewal of line.
- Prepare check payment vouchers for newly acquired from various suppliers including amortization schedule.
- Prepare Journal Vouchers for newly acquired equipment.
- Updating of Equipment purchases per month
- Monitor deed of sale of fully paid units
- Maintain file folder of per equipment.
- Process monthly payment of interest on loans payables and renewal of line.
- Banking transactions including maintaining files for returned checks per bank account.
- Perform related functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course with accounting units.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
- With great sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner
