Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other design documents; understand project design basis and contractual requirements.
- Investigates and documents construction claims and claims evaluations.
- Review and evaluate work accomplished of sub-contractors for billing.
- Support Construction management and engineering at site in preparation of daily/weekly reports, gathering data, obtaining drawings/deliverables from vendors and home office engineering.
- Responsible for preparation of cost estimates for the preparation of price proposals for bids.
- Monitors construction materials/resources to ensure sufficiency and availability.
- Compile drawings and specifications for bid packets.
- Perform other tasks from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College graduate of Civil Engineer with Professional License in Civil Engineer.
