Sales Manager  

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Sales Strategy and Plan within a defined geographic area.S/he directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

• Develop a sales strategy for the regional market
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans by continually reviewing the sales materials used by the AEs
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives/Supervisors;
• Helps to develop or update customer service policies and procedures
• Handles more complex inquiries and complaints for immediate resolution

• Preferably possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent and professional qualifications in sales are well regarded.
• With at least 3-4 years strong work experience in sales and/or logistics.
• With strong organizational skills.
• With above average written and verbal communication skills.
