Responsibilities:

Build & nurture relationship with our strategic partners with Property Developers, Building Management, Accomodation Owner other businesses.
Manage end to end marketing strategy & campaigns
Explore and initiate data-driven business venture
Analyze and optimize on going business partnership model
Understand partner's business needs & advocate for Dekoruma's business interests
Multiply company growth through strategic alliance
Conduct market research to understand customer's needs
Manage stakeholders, resources, risks and deliverables
Proactively create a good working relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally

Kualifikasi Minimum

Business Administration/Engineering/Finance/Hospitality/Architecture from top-notch universities
5 years of working experience
Previous experience working with key stakeholders or owners in accommodation/ building management/ property developer/ commercial renovation
Ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial
Strong interpersonal communication skill
Excellent negotiation skill
Exceptional quantitative skill (analytical & critical thinking)
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for company core values at all time
