Product Supervisor  

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap of supply chain product
• Understands product knowledge and business aspect in order to underlying problems and creating solutions.
• Creates product and tools portofolio which intended to solve all the underlying problems.
• Creates roadmap; blocks of phases of product development and improvements.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes users requirements; act as user advocate by articulating user needs.
• Creates PRD (Product Requirements Documents) in details as main tools to drive the product development and maintenance
• Define what to solve, where to articulate the problems, and justification for each part of the solution.
• Works closely with tech engineering, commercial, marketing, and business intelligence team to ensure business case and user satisfaction goals are met.
• Release and maintenance the product adoptions.
• Implement and monitoring product release and usage.
• Building cases to mitigates any scenarios; improve or deprecates product unused.
• Ensuring integrated product ecosystem and high adoptions by users.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's Degree from any field
• Experience in handle Product Technology as Supervisor or Manager
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Must be creative, detail-orientated, and digital natives

Skills :

• Knowledgeable in SQL (Compulsory) and basic Python/JavaScript (Compulsory)
• Have good knowledge in business strategy framework
• Familiarity with Google Sheets & basic knowledge in Google App Script
• Unafraid to deal with large, dirty, and messy data
• Familiar with Redash, Tableau, Metabase or any Visualization tools
• Good Analytical Thinking
