321 - Senior Campaign and Promotion Associate  

• Develop, launch and monitor campaign and promotion programs for payment and interior design service to drive key performance metrics.
• Build, maintain relationship and develop campaigns together with external payment partners (banking, fintech companies, payment gateways, etc).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and collaborate with other teams within the marketing department to ensure successful campaign and program launches.
• Track, analyze and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and generate improvement plans accordingly.
• Plan and maintain monthly marketing budget and actively find ways to improve spending ROI.
• Seek and pursue new marketing tactics and partnership opportunities to continuously improve key performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in business administration, management, marketing, project management or the equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign & promotion, partnership, business development, product marketing, brand management or similar.
• Experience in building and maintaining partnership with financial institutions (banks, fintech companies, payment gateways, multifinance, etc) will be a huge plus.
• Experience in leading a small team of 1 - 2 members will be a plus point.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets or other similar key metrics.
• Have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities and capable of making data driven decisions on a daily basis.
• Independent, self-starter and experienced multi-taster who can manage multiple projects at a time.
• Excellent communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
