Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Providing computer system installation/rebuild (hardware/software);
- Resolving operating system and software (office/outlook/IP phone, etc) problem;
- Resolving hardware issues, printing issues, phone issue, VPN issue and network connectivity issues;
- Providing cabling system/ printer maintenance;
- Providing IT asset / inventory management;
- Providing IT orientation to end users;
- Log all works and services into the company’s helpdesk system;
- Cooperate with technical team along with managed services provider to deliver 24 / 7 support.
- Partner with Information Security to ensure secure infrastructure and services.
- Manage overall company’s accounts generation and maintenance (emails, messenger, etc)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related field
- At least 1-2 year working experience of IT helpdesk area or IT infrastructure maintenance area;
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, and Mac OS system.
- Good knowledge of Office365, Outlook, Gsuite etc;
- Good knowledge of network management system, IP telephony, etc;
- Experience in identifying problems and determining resolution to issues on PC and associated hardware and software;
- Experience in IT project implementation preferred as a plus
- Good communications skill;
- Fast learner and self-motivator;
- Warm, outgoing personality. Good Team-work experience;
- High integrity and trustworthy;
- English ability is preferred
