- Memvalidasi lead proyek design and build via telepon dan chat
- Menjadwalkan kunjungan pertama oleh bussines manager atau sales bisnis unit terkait
- Menangani outbound call dan chat terkait proses validasi dan penjadwalan kunjungan proyek design and build
- Menindaklanjuti data offline hot prospect hingga closed sales
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum D3
- Berpengalaman di bidang customer service atau telemarketing
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik secara lisan ataupun tulisan
- Bersedia bekerja berdasarkan target
- Mampu bekerja secara tim
