A few years ago, Digital Marketing remained an unknown territory for most Indonesian companies. Now, it has transformed to becoming one of the key drivers.

What is so unique about DMT?

Routine tasks simply are not made for us because honestly, who needs the word ‘boring’ in life? We challenge status quo and enhance it using our fantasy. A fantasy where we honor ourselves and customers’ time.

What is so interesting about Marketing?

For us, marketing is kind of magic, imagine you can sway people’s thoughts and feelings towards your fantasy. Sounds cool? It certainly does, but wait until you dig deeper into it.

Fortunately, this skill requires no prior experience. Moreover, we do not measure individuals from experience. It does help you start faster but it is not the principal key. The key belongs to what is in YOU. How creative are you? Can your fantasy solve problems and how invested are you in finishing the challenge?

• Work closely with the Technology team to build in-house marketing technology products
• Responsible for marketing campaign initiatives that deliver sales and customer retention

• Candidate can come from any quantitative fields (e.g. Computer Science/ Math/ Petroleum/ Geophysics/ Geology/ Mining/ Astronomy/ Electrical or Industrial Engineering/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Architecture – basically fields where bazillion numbers & technology are involved)
• Interested in design
• Self motivated, fond of challenges and sincere willingness to get things done
• Adept analytical and logical thinking are appreciated
