Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading the project activities as well as managing project resources in technical terms
- Conduct research on methods or technologies for new or owned websites in hope to accelerate the development of products/projects as well as enriching technology used in the company
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min 2+ years experience
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Javascript (jQuery)
- Familiar with common CMS platform (WordPress, Magento, Drupal, etc.)
- Familiar with PHP language program
- Decent understanding of the application of User Interface & User Experience
- Have the capacity as mentor for new recruits
- Have the capacity to identify and efficiently solve issues
- Constantly seeking ways to advance oneself by learning new technologies, to be able to follow market development/trends
