Finance Analyst  

Provides accounting and clerical support to the owner

Types accurately, prepares, and maintains accounting documents and records

Reconciles accounts in a timely manner

• Daily enters key data of financial transactions in database
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Provides assistance and support to company personnel
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Compiles reports/summaries on activity areas
• Functions in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws

• Perform periodic bank reconciliation

• Help in the preparation of monthly reporting package, forecasting budgets and future performance

• Helps in deeper and more expanded analysis of financial statements

• Perform other duties as required by the accounting manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
• More than 2 years of prior experience in a corporate accounting environment, especially in roles related to high-level analysis of data
• Familiarity in standard costing method
• Mathematical proficiency, strong analytical skills
• Knowledge in MS Excel and SAP
• Excellent communication and organization skills, good team player
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
