UI/UX Web Designer  

This position will play an integral role in executing all visual design stages from concept to final design development. Your tasks will include:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Create reports and documents as needed.

As an ideal candidate, you must:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or its equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience as UI/UX designer, both on web and mobile.
• Expertise in UI design skills, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
• Team player in a highly collaborative environment working in an Agile development process.
• Passionate about creating new designs and learning the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
• Great attention to detail with high level of analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time properly, turns in quality work on time and works with minimum supervision.
• Feel comfortable with finding better ways to do things and be able to track everything you do.
• Feel comfortable in writing and speaking the English language.
