IT Business Analyst  

Job Responsibility:

• Work collaboratively with Product Management Team to identify a minimum viable product, balancing functional, architectural & user experience considerations.
• Work closely with the Development team in evaluating system solution, research competitor products, analyze current products and services.
• Facilitate an agile estimation/prioritization/planning workshop (program increment planning).
• Capture detailed requirements using accepting criteria scenarios; decomposing features into stories.
• Ensure a quality end-product by collaborating closely with your scrum team throughout delivery where integrity is maintained across multiple systems and business units.
• Maintain lean documentation for all functionality delivered.

• Bachelor's Degree in any IT related course
• Minimum of 2 years related the working experience in an IT industry, preferably in a software and app development field.
• Working knowledge of IT internet industry, CRM product or SAAS web application.
• Be able to manage time properly, a multi-tasker who have the initiative and drive to learn more.
• Feel comfortable with finding better ways to do things and be able to track everything you do.
• Be excited to join a rapidly evolving, fast-paced start-up environment.
