Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Executive Chef in all the latter’s duties.
- Be responsible for planning the menu and coming up with new items for specials in close coordination with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure the steady but not excessive supply of stocks needed by the Kitchen.
- Monitor kitchen activities/food quality and ticket time.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times.
- Be in charge of proper upkeep /maintenance and usage of Kitchen Equipment.
- Ensure that all such equipment are efficiently and properly working.
- Make a report to the EC about needed equipment on a monthly basis.
- Be responsible for Cost Control.
- Perform other duties to be assigned by the immediate Supervisor or authorized company representative in the absence of the immediate Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other Culinary related course.
- At least 1-2 years experience in managing casual or fine dining.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
