Junior Audit Associate  

As a Junior Audit Associate, you will immediately play an integral role in the implementation, performance and delivery of various audit engagements. You will join our team and will work closely together with our Senior Associates and the Managing Partner from planning, execution and carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to the clients.

At MCCK, you will:

• Tackle a wide variety of audit challenges throughout the audit cycle and contribute to all parts of our standard procedure.
• Prepare and obtain all necessary working papers and documentation in accordance with standards and completion of work within agreed time budgets.
• Go the extra mile to visit and interact with the clients in delivering quality service.
• Perform necessary audit activities to meet audit objectives of the team as well as any other ad hoc duties.
• Be a team player in a small, family-oriented, highly collaborative environment.

• Have a great attention to detail and strive to understand complex audit problems with high level of analytical skills.

• Comfortable with finding better ways to do things and be able to track everything you do.
• Confident in writing and speaking the English language.
• Must be a computer savvy, well-versed in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Willing to do field work and willing to work in Makati City.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Have a minimum of 0-6 months relevant working experience. Newly CPA’s are encouraged to apply.
• Must love all facets of accounting and auditing.
