- Develop products by identifying potential sources of related products
- Conducts market research and analysis and present to the management
- Generating product requirements and determine product specifications.
- Develop production time table for the introduction of products and services.
- Develop marketing strategies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent planning and execution skills
- Able to lead and coach team members.
- With diverse experience in Sales, Marketing, Economics and product development.
- Exposure in cement, building material products is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
