Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in ensuring the streamlined operation of the Company's Infrastructure in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the company's infrastructure.
- Work closely with decision makers in the company to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any engineering related courses/field.
- 10+ years intensive experience in Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) system administration.
- 5+ years related work experience.
- With strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux & Unix.
- With strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
- With proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, in running production setups (adequate knowledge of high availability, properly securing systems, application deployment lifecycle, etc) and in supporting local and remote users.
- Can conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
- With in-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- With proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- With strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
- With strong understanding of project management principles.
- With strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- With excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Is highly self-motivated and organized.
- Is multi-tasking and yet with keen attention to detail.
- With exceptional customer service orientation.
- With extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
