Operations Head - Cebu  

• Monitors progress in KPI performance such as accuracy of order placement from acknowledgement to delivery and invoicing
• Measures, develops, and supports personnel to attain or exceed established goals
• Represent and backup team during daily interactions and weekly coordination meeting with different departments
• Introduce and support the sales order administrative process during onboarding of new Sales Associates
• Acquire competence on import and export related aspects with regard to commercial documentation requirements, INCOTERMS and local regulations
• Acts as the liaison for the Sales Team with all divisions, departments and field operations to remain informed of policy and procedural changes
• Ability to supervise staff, assign specific duties, and create a constructive and cooperative working relationship
• Reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer

• ​​​​​​Bachelor's Degree in Management is a plus
• At least 2 years experience in operations
