Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reports directly to the Marketing Head
- Works closely with Team Heads in developing and implementing digital marketing campaign; and planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns of group, subsidiaries and ventured projects
- Collaborates with IT in creating landing pages and optimize user experience
- Responsible for maintaining online presence
- Sets up and optimizes company pages within each social media platform
- Creates social media calendars for all current and future pages
- Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Submits monthly reports using digital analytics and measurement and propose recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Manages photo and video bank for all materials
- Works with the graphic artists for all digital materials and other collaterals
- Excellent content provider
- Experience in events management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or any related field)
- With experience in digital marketing for 3 years
- Experience with agency and/or E-commerce business is an advantage
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience in setting up Google Adwords campaigns
- Highly creative
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
