Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for assisting Production Foreman in accomplishing the task assigned to their department.
- Supervises and monitors activities in production are.
- Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
- Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operation.
- Coordinates with concern department in conducting testing and sampling
- Coordinates with Maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
- Maintains good housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
- Assist in rating department personnel in performance evaluation.
- Attends and evaluates sub con employees.
- Receives and records Job orders (JO)
- Supervises mold setting for new JO’s
- Updates daily output in every running machine(daily computation)
- Updates daily absence/tardiness monitoring form
- Makes turn-over report during change work shift.
- Performs special assigned tasks from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With at least 1-2 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
- Adept with handling people
- Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation
- Willing to work in Valenzuela.
