- Ensures efficient implementation of sales policies and guidelines.
- Prepares and analyzes sales report.
- Attends to queries and complaints of sales force and customers.
- Monitors sales production.
- Provides support to the sales force.
- Ensures that buyers’documents and requirements are complied with and submitted within the prescribed period.
- Required to hit sales target.
- Performs other related functions from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of Business or other related four (4) year course
- Minimum of one (1) year solid experience in handling sales in a real estate setting
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Real estate experience/exposure is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in BGC
