Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sales prospecting and selling.
- Sales presentations.
- Exclusively sell high rise real estate properties under Robinsons Land Corp.
- Assist customers in buying properties that is most suitable to their needs.
- Avoid misrepresentation of information.
- Functionally report to and follow the directives of his/her Sales Manager.
- Ensure that the key performance measurements are met.
- Implement sales and marketing programs as programmed by his/her Sales Manager.
- Wide range of client database
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- For Undergraduate, at least 81 units of credits and 1 year of working in sales
- Real estate sales experience is required
- Good history of sales from previous company
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Fort, and Q.C.
