- Forward thinking - proposing options and solutions at all times to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be proactive in providing information, assisting expats and their families to ease their transition in host country.
- Ad hoc duties as required to support the company.
- Create the list of options for Temporary Accommodation based on expat's requirements.
- Get the concerns of the Assignee in relation to their property and coordinate/raise these concerns to the parties involved.
- Facilitate the repairs by physically being there and monitoring progress.
- Prepare reports regarding jobs and repairs done.
- Responsible for compliance – regulatory, contractually and procedurally – when delivering services to the transferee whilst out and about.
- Conduct a pre-inspection at least a month prior to scheduled move-out date (and complete the report with photos) - to give them enough time to settle anything needed.
- Conduct an inspection on the hand-over date by taking photos, taking note of the damages, producing a report, and others.
- Coordination with RC and ARC.
- Complete the End-of-Program Report and provide updates to the Relocation Consultant within 24 hours of each day of an accompanied program.
- Coordinate with Brokers and Landlords/their representatives to schedule inspections, move in’s, or move outs as well as other things.
- Committed to implementing, upholding, and embracing all of the policies, procedures, forms, and others.
- Establishing appropriate control measures to ensure the highest quality of output, always.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes and/or make processes more efficient.
