- Handles availment complaint of members.
- Documents all calls received in the Case Management System according to the standard logging procedures.
- Processes memeber/provider requests within set turnaround time.
- Assists new hires of the Medical Document team as may be required by the Team Leader.
- Contributes ideas to the Team Leader in conducting activities that monitor and enhance work performance of the Medical Document staff.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Nursing or Medical Allied courses;
- Preferably, Registered Nurse but not a must;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably, with HMO background and willing to work on shifting schedule.
