Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding bar/restaurant condition
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Meet goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Manages Bar, DIning and Kitchen Staff
- Handles Paperworks and other tasks
- Reports to the Operations Director
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 1 year experience as Supervisor/Team Leader in the F&B Industry and willing to be trained.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
