Service Delivery Management Officer  

The Service Delivery Management Officer ensures Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. Ensures delivery of a high-quality service to end users. The role may perform technical tasks such as troubleshooting technical issues and may perform administrative tasks such as inventory checking.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance
• Implementing and maintaining backups, security, and redundancy strategies
• Identifying potential issues and integrate possible solutions
• Enabling faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful
• Communicating with stakeholders and engaging with upper management regularly with reports on project status, activities, and achievements
• Using expert-level administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high availability and appropriate resource management
• Standardizing processes and monitoring of projects
• Vendor Management

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other related courses
• With at least 3 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery Management role
• Has ITIL awareness on incident, problem, and change management
• Has Service Desk and Vendor Management experience

• Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

• Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
