As an integral member of our team, the Product Business Analyst will play a vital role in delivering essential support in the strategic projects to help achieve company’s success. The key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
A Product Business Analyst is responsible for:
- Defining, prioritizing, getting feedback and approvals for the requirements needed for the development of new and/or enhancement of the teams’ products, services and processes
- Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the business; be able to identify problems and opportunities, and recommend solutions that are aligned with the overall strategy of the company
- Documenting the business processes nd workflows including but not limited to business requirement document, product manual, privacy impact assessment and role-based access control
- Monitoring product performance, issued and progress of resolution
- Identifying and analyzing market conditions, consumer trends, competitor movements for opportunities to carve out product development and new business avenues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
You might be who we are looking for!
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology or other related courses
- At least 2 years experience in similar field
- Good knowledge of business structure, process development and technical understanding
- Has willingness, confidence and ability to take initiative
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented and process driven
- Scrum Master experience is a plus
