General Affair Associate  

We are looking for someone with experience in the area of General Affairs and Facility Management, who can oversee the day-to-day general affairs activities and also helping GA Manager on administration stuff.

Job Description:

• Handle parking & access card administration and all administration related to premises, building, and facility
• Coordinate with catering vendor for daily lunch box & event meat
• Prepare and maintain stocks for stationary, pantry supplies and other office supplies
• Prepare office theme decoration
• Fruit, flower gift & hampers for employee/ partners
• OB, Security & Messenger and other outsourcing vendor coordination
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation support related to GA Services and ensure every task is done properly to support business needs and in a timely manner
• Prepare Purchase request from GA, HR, Legal & Internal Audit
• Handle KITAS process
• Handle incoming invoices, checking for accuracy and controlling itemized lists
• Responsibility for handling petty cash
• Provide assistance to staff travel requests
• Filing system

Qualifications:

• Have two years (Minimum) experience in the related field
• Graduate from Law / Communication / Psychology / or any fields from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
• Understand how to manage the property, the general issue of Company, licensing / legislation issues, Working permit regulation (last), and agreement letters (Experienced As General Affairs / GA)
• Very well organized and have expert time management skills
• Having good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
