Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Collect and analyze sets of data and generate internal and external reports both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis
  • Understand multiple data sources and help join/architect data in a way that adds continuous value to the business
  • Create, maintain and distribute performance / KPI dashboards
  • Design and enhance full funnel reports inclusive of marketing performance, with a diagnostic approach to identifying opportunities and surfacing areas to address
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to guide optimization of paid promotions and test new channels and tactics
  • Summarize findings and communicate updates and recommendations within the department and to other areas
  • Lead the development of performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels/campaigns for our digital marketing and content teams
  • Determine trends and insights across programs, brands, and audiences for maximum ROI, shared learnings, scalability, and sustainability
  • Develop and implement actionable results-driven dashboards for internal team to spur faster learning and optimization
  • Refine tracking requirements and attribution models across digital channels and site analytics
  • Inform, influence, and support stakeholders through presentation of work and consultative approach
  • Identify and advocate new reporting technologies

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 5+ years of digital marketing, web analytics, and research experience
  • Knowledge of current standards in digital and interactive marketing reporting, including trends and best practices in order to improve the efficacy of programs.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data elements; ability to problem-solve and think strategically.
  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, appsflyer, appannie, digital marketing platforms and dashboards, business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • The ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical colleagues is a plus
  • Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes
  • Ability to effectively communicate results in a concise manner
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI
  • Degree in Statistic, Information systems, Math, or Business is a plus
