- Provides technical advice concerning the proper interpretation and implementation of the Company policies including disciplinary rules and regulations in cases of violations or infractions investigated by a committee.
- Reviews, analyzes, and drfats contracts and other legal documents / matters.
- Provides legal advises or inputs regarding the various projects and undertakings of the HRD in relation to prevailing legal standards.
