IT Project Manager  

Summary

The Project Manager will focus on monitoring and tracking the day-to-day operation of IT projects to ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner. The role will be working closely with the IT management team and software and quality assurance engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, solutions, and support on all IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the IT Director and Solutions Architect to gather project requirements and scope from stakeholders and end-users
• Develop, implement, and manage project schedules and work plans
• Review and analyze project plans and make recommendations regarding resource allocation and prioritization
• Facilitate daily checkpoint or stand-up meetings with the software and quality assurance engineering teams to ensure all project
• objectives and deadlines are met
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, and effectively communicate with
• internal stakeholders
• Identify and report project risks and develop mitigation strategies for management
• Assist the Solutions Architect in documenting and finalizing technical specifications and acceptance criteria of products/projects
• Create and maintain related product and project documentation(s)
• Handle onboarding and training of products and solutions to customers/partners/end-users
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project management and execution
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to enable the smooth flow of product development cycle and operations management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in any IT role such as Developer or Quality Assurance
• 2-3 years experience in IT Project Management
• Knowledge of IT Project Management processes, procedures, documentation, and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills; both written and oral
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to work in multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
