Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
- Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
- Coordinate moving/possession schedules
- Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process
- Enter all client information into the client database
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good command of the English language
- Has good work ethics
- Must be a good team player
- Able to work in flexible hours
- High attention in detail
Technology:
- Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel® Core or AMD equivalent is highly required
- RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with 60GB hard disk space available
- Internet connectivity: 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
- Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
