- Handles volume/bulk sales transaction of CW Home Depot
- Source and identfy potential buyers, new construction projects and close sales deal
- To assist client such as A-rchitect, B-uilders, C-ontractors, D-evelopers, E-ngineers and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
- To hit monthly quota as set by the management
- Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted
- Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
- Ensures that product recommended to client must be set standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
- To promote promo of the management (price guarantee, loyalty card, unionbank, auto lotto 2, red tag sale and other relevant marketing aspects)
- For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after sales feedback.
- For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation) and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
- To join events as requested by the Marketing, Corporate Communnications and top management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a bachelor's degree preferably in business and marketing
- With one year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage
- Demonstrates sales ability and product knowledge
- Technical knowledge in merchandise
- With above average verbal and written communication skills
- With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
