Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Focus on technical and quality performance matters such as quality inspection of raw materials (u.e., packaging materials, fabrics, etc.) and finished goods.
- Establish strong relationships with cross functional and global partners
- Manage the product, time and meets deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with design and interpret design intent
- Understand manufacturing and product development process
- Manage all aspects of fittings, sample making, pattern making technical issues and product evaluations.
- Communicate and provide support service to factories & buyers regarding sampling, fitting and pattern checking matters
- Review sample comments/ tech pack to understand the buyer requirements or clarify any discrepancies
- Provide technical advice and support to merchandising teams to ensure all buyer's requirements are met
- Maintain positive and constructive replationship with the factories and buyers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Experience in handling woven, knits and denim garments
- Computer literate
- Natural problem solver and highly solution oriented
