Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures strict compliance of all employees to company policies and procedures.
- Preparation and insurance of administrative and disciplinary related memorandum.
- Prepares personnel requisition, personnel transfer, employment contract, job orientation acknowledgment, employee masterlist, and training certificates.
- Monitors employment law compliance especially on the wage order, government-mandated benefits, and local laws.
- Schedules meeting and interview with applicants.
- Verifies candidate background by contacting references.
- Monitors attendance, leaves, lates and absences of all employees.
- Prepares documentation for any change in an employee's information such as promotion, transfer, regularization, annual increase, salary alignment and others.
- Conducts payroll and other HR related tasks as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent;
- Preferably with background specifically in Employee and Labor Relations;
- Preferably 1-4 years of working experience in the related field;
- Able to coordinate efficiently and communicate effectively across different departments and levels in the organization;
- Knowledgable in Labor Code;
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
