Club Mentor | Curves Franchise Operations  

The Club Mentor directly manage and implement programs and practices directly related to business administration, sales support, and financial coaching of Club Owners.

Areas of mentorship under Franchise Operations may include:

• Coordinate implementation of various Curves programs and initiatives to ensure the implementation of the programs from head office to franchised club is seamless.
• Regular club visits to ensure Curves Clean standards of operations are followed.
• Determine any required or optional trainings needed by the club and directly coordinate with head office to ensure training needs are met at the club level.
• Provide coaching on business financial plans and projections.
• Help the club owners achieve their service, marketing, guest production, and sales goals.
• Monitor and be consistent in follow ups to push the Club Owners, Coaches, and Staff to perform at their best to achieve their club goals.
• Support clubs at pre-opening stage.

**This position is on a flexible work schedule. Documentation of club visits, coordination, mentoring and club monitoring may be done remotely using today's technology.

• Bachelor's degree or any equivalent degree.
• Preferably with experience in running a business.
• Background in fitness, health, and sciences is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze different aspects of the business efficiently.
• Good speaker.
• Ability to think on her toes and express herself in clear, concise terms.
• Good collaborator to keep a harmonious relationship between head office and clubs.

**This position requires successful applicants to undergo and pass the Curves Comprehensive training for branch operations. After successful completion of the training program, the club mentor is assigned a club to oversee and mentor, directly coordinating with the head office.
