Fitness Trainer | Curves Paseo de Sta. Rosa  

Curves is an all women fitness club featuring a complete 30 minute workout. All our coaches are female servicing an all women clientele. This is a club level position that reports to Curves Eastwood, 4F Eastwood Citywalk 2, Eastwood City, Brgy Bagumbayan, Quezon City. Applicants must be willing to report to this location.

As a Fitness Trainer, your duties will include:

• Train and motivate ladies in the use of the 30-minute Curves circuit.
• Complete monthly fitness assessments and set goals for members to achieve.
• Assist, instruct, and motivate members on the Curves Weight Management program.
• Participate in new member campaigns, marketing, guest production, and sales.
• Provide excellent service to our members.
• Ensure effectivity of various club administration activities.

• At least a Vocational diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
  • Food Technology
  • Nutrition
  • Dietetics
  • Sports Science and Management
  • Business Studies
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Nursing
  • Physical Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Or any equivalent course
• Experience or study in the fitness and health industry is not compulsary but will be very beneficial.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Proficient in English
• Confident, supportive, friendly, and well-organized in instructing and motivating women.
• Positive and passionate attitude towards exercise and healthy diet for everyone.
• Enjoys motivating members to achieve exciting goals.
• Confident in achieving sales and other targets - be an inspiration to recruit new Club members.
• Shows initiative and personality in your approach to both current members and potential members
