Senior Quality Analyst (QA) Test Lead  

• The employee has the responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in his/her technical area (e.g. several features). Is an expert for techno-economical aspects in own responsibility area.
• Leads and executes technical activities and projects in own responsibility area.
• Supports resource and program planning.
• Writes requirements, specifications and other guiding documentation for R&D from a technical point of view.
• May work also outside of own process area on technical issues.
• Solves complex engineering problems in many technology areas.
• Coaches other team members in solving complex engineering problems.
• Undertakes technical training responsibility.

Should have 9 years experience in Software Testing particularly Automated testing using Selenium

Expert to Mastery in software testing and quality assurance:

• ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
• Regression testing (e.g. Robot, Selenium, Protractor, Pywinauto)
• Security testing (e.g. Samurai)
• Performance testing (e.g. Selenium)

Experienced with application programming:

• Intermediate Python
• Linux, BASH, Jenkins scripting
• Bonus points for Java, JavaScript and Scala

Basic experience in:

• Docker and Mesosphere stack
• Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Crucible/Fisheye)
• Installation automation framework
• Cloud know-how of AWS REST APIs
• Versioning Control: SVN, GIT
• HTTP request tools: postman, httpRequester, or cURL
• VMWare/Oracle Virtual Box
• Work in Scrum

Domain knowledge will be an advantage:

• Understanding of mobile broadband networks and related services (3G, 4G, network planning & optimization, care & troubleshooting)
• Basic understanding of Network Management Systems (NMS) and/or Element Management Systems (e.g. Nokia NetAct, Ericsson NetOp)
• Basic understanding of mobile networks architecture and protocols (e.g. handovers)
• Test processes, levels and documentations
