Project Sales Officer  

1. Continuous identification and qualifying of leads to ensure prospects are available for conversion to buying customers.
2. Establishes linkages with UAP, PICE, and other organizations in the construction and agro-industrial industries.
3. Gathers and studies information about the prospect before presentation and negotiation to ensure appropriateness of sales proposal
4. Seeks support from Project Services Dept. and Operations Dept. on matters as required in closing the sale.
5. Follows- up submitted sales quotations and determines if re-negotiation or revision is necessary.
6. Once deal is closed, coordinates with Operations Dept. materials delivery and with Project Services Department for installed projects.
7. Collects the proceeds of the sale based on agreed terms with the customer.

8. Prepares and submits the following reports:

a. Daily Collection Report for submission to Credit and Collection Officer.

b. Prepares and submits Weekly Itinerary to the Sales Manager for approval and implementation.

c. Prepares and submits Weekly Prospecting Report showing the list of prospect customers and the corresponding project location, specific product required, quantity, estimated date of closing the deal.

d. Sales projection – monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual

9. Monitors competitors’ movements in the market in terms of product and service offerings, pricing and terms, promotional activities, and others that would impact the industry.

10. Conducts after-sales visit to customers to ensure everything has been served as required and possibility for referrals.

11. Performs other functions that may be required by the superiors from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent;
• With at least 1 year experience in the construction/building materials industry;
• Customer oriented and a team-player;
• Well-organized, diligent, and keen on details;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license; and,
