Project Sales Engineer  

• Accredits and periodically evaluates the performance of qualified roofing installers and contractors.
• Recommends to management cost standards for labor to ensure competitiveness.
• Handles documentation and reports relative to installed projects.
• Awards labor contract to accredited installer/contractor in accordance with set guidelines.
• Supervises installation and fabrication jobs to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Conducts final inspection of completed projects then prepares Notice of Completion before turn-over in accordance with established procedures.
• Assists sales group in conducting estimates on critical projects.

​​​​​​​Customer Relations Function

• Documents and verifies the validity of customer complaints on product quality and workmanship.
• Analyzes and recommends disposition/correction and settlement of a complaint.
• Develops preventive measures to avoid future occurrence of similar problem.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Other Functions

• Conducts product presentation together with the sales personnel as required.
• Researches/develops new techniques or practices in roofing as well as other application of CACC uPVC products.
• Performs other tasks related to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Preferably, Male
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• Two experience in similar capacity in vertical construction, both in planning and project supervision
• Diligent and keen om details
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and ACAD
• Honesty and of high integrity
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license
