Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of managing accounts will DIY, Depo and Superstores that carry hardware and building materials
- Responsible for generating sales revenue, managing cost and business profitability of institutional accounts
- Negotiation with institutional entities, review terms and conditions, agreements and price structures
- Coordinate with Marketing Department for marketing programs, implement, evaluate their effectiveness and furnish feedback on its results
- Monitor competitors' activities, sales and promotions and report regularly to the General Manager
- Handle overall supervision of promodizers and account representatives
- Prepare projected annual sales forecast and budget for approval
- Evaluate solicitations and sponsorship
- Create and propose institutional promotion programs subject for approval
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or business course from a reputable school
- Success driven and goal oriented individual with 7 years experience in retail, merchandising and institutional sales to DIYs, Hypermarts, Construction and Home Depot
- Experienced in managing people, must have supervised at least 7 to 8 office staff, promodizers, sales coordinator
- Has established contacts and good relations with client in DIY, Home Depot, business, company owner, business managers and other clients
- Proficient in computers and social media
- Willing to travel all over the country for sales and marketing events, functions and related endeavors undertaken by the company
- Possesses a Drivers License
