Content Manager  

CreditDonkey, a personal finance website, seeks a skilled and passionate Content Manager to join our team.

As the Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the work of various team members to create and maintain high-quality content for our audience. Your expertise will ensure our content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand identity.

This position offers the freedom of full remote work. We're looking for a bright, dedicated, and self-driven individual with a strong understanding of American culture, language, and style.

Our team members enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of a daily 2-hour overlap with US business hours. Though remote, candidates should be within a 1-hour drive from Manila for occasional in-person meetings. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, editing, and publishing of content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and voice
• Collaborate with team members, including writers, copyeditors, illustrators, researchers, web developers, UX specialists, SEO specialists, and digital PR specialists, to create engaging and informative content
• Develop and implement content strategies to increase audience engagement and reach
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance
• Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and improves organic search visibility
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, coordinating deadlines and assignments with team members
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members to improve content quality and effectiveness
• Work closely with the digital PR specialist to develop and execute outreach campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging topics in personal finance to inform content strategy and ensure our content remains relevant and up-to-date
• Continuously refine and improve processes to enhance content production and team efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, editorial, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team of creative professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Familiarity with personal finance topics and a passion for helping others make informed financial decisions
