Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform human resource tasks, such as monitoring attendance, noting employee tardiness and leaves, for payroll purposes.
- Do property management, making sure office property is carefully used and releases are properly documented.
- Will also have a hand in day-to-day office operations, like maintaining company property, cleanliness, management, and organization of paperwork and reports, managing and preparing deliveries to and from the office, and supporting the events and marketing department.
- Make sales, liquidation and inventory reports for the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any business or communications-related course
- Computer savvy and knowledgeable in MS Office (word, excel, etc)
- Preferably with experience in office management (human resource tasks, property management, day to day office operations, and the like)
- Hardworking, organized, disciplined, proactive, intelligent
- Has good managerial and communication skills (English) both written and verbal
