- Closes all types of transactions according to 1771 Group of Restaurants’ standards using the POS system or manually and receives payment for these.
- Contributes to increasing guest check average through cross selling, upselling and suggestive selling of food and beverage items including merchandising items
- Finds ways and means to save on dining supplies, office supplies and electricity
Cashiering
- Prints guest check for billing out, processes payment and closes guest check in the POS system
- Applies approved discounts and process non-VAT transactions
- Opens and closes the cashier’s station following the standard procedures
- Knows the POS system by heart including basic troubleshooting
- Applies the mechanics and policies of all on-going promos
- Computes the card sales draft summary
- Should be familiarized with different functions of the Hypercom and other card reader mechanics
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Female
- At least 5’5 in height
- At least 1 year working experience in the same capacity
- Must be a college graduate
- Good numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Can converse in English, articulate
- An “up” person with a sunny disposition
- Very pleasant, active and confident
