About the Role

vOffice is a global flexible office space provider and we are looking for a talented and passionate Community Manager from the Philippines to fill local and regional positions. This is a full time position and will report directly to the Founders. Our team adds a personal touch to each of our buildings and we’re committed to empowering our members in every way. We keep our buildings full of amazing small businesses and entrepreneurs by making inspiring first impressions with everyone we meet.

Goals and Objectives

  • Lead the Community Management team to achieve the following:
  • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions
  • Maintain 100% occupancy. Achieve sales target goals, and manage churn
  • Ensure that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Drive growth and promotion of Cre8 x vOffice service offerings
  • Effectively manage a team to ensure a healthy and growing community
  • Maintaining company standards and expectation

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5+ to reach sales goals and execute on their objectives as an individual and a team
  • Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member
  • introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs
  • Set priorities using ticket data and clearly communicate them with Community Service Leads and Associates
  • Effectively manage Community Services Leads to ensure a healthy community
  • Produce comprehensive quality control reports that allow all stakeholders to improve the member experience
  • Maintain 90 point or above monthly rating based on operational cleaning standard rating system
  • Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
  • Take responsibility for sales and community dynamic
  • Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of educational, member appreciation, and lead generating/sales related events
  • Conduct tours to work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy
  • Work with your team to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports that outline community and sales progress
  • Encourage professional development within your team and make recommendations to promote current employees
  • Perform weekly 1 on 1s to track CM team performance
  • Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations
  • Building expenses management

  • Oversee and keep team up to date with process changes
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and landlords
  • Oversee building team including performance management reviews

Kualifikasi Minimum

Experience and Requirements

  • Willing to work in Manila and Occasional Travel around South East Asia
  • Possess valid Passport
  • College graduate with a four year degree
  • Jolly and Happy yet Focused
  • Customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Business operations and/or project management required
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Cold outreach experience a plus
  • Understanding and experience managing a team of 5+ people
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
  • Passion and understanding for vOffice x Cre8 mission and value
