Finance and Accounting Analyst  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership. The candidate will perform a variety of complex clerical, Bookkeeping and Accounting work, accurately completing and maintaining accounting records, data encoding and reports generation in Navision System, preparing financial reports such as Bank Reconciliation, Aging of Accounts Receivables, prepare reports for government departments including BIR and other accounting duties as required.

• Human Resources support and onsite advice for Crawford employees.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
• Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
• Perform summary of collections made by the Messenger for the day and analyze it through the Daily Collection Report.
• Ensures that all collections made for the month are complete and properly recorded in Navision System.
• Provide any reconciliation needed or requested by Insurer's (receivables) and Consultant's Firm (payable).
• Performs Monthly and Quarterly reconciliation of 2307 Tax Certificates to ensure accuracy and completeness records.
• Performs Bank Reconciliation for 7 Accounts.
• Prepare month end reports used as reference for Business Report Files such as Top 20 Invoices, Top 20 Insurers, Aging of Receivables and other more information requested.
• Prepare and summarize what has transpired for the month in relation with the Bill and Collect Project.
• Prepare the BIR Alphalist (SAWT).
• Compliance for all Human Resources function.
• Advise staff on policy querries in consultation with the Regional HR Consultant.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years' financial analysis and modeling experience

Practicing CPA.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles
