Office Administrator

  • In charge of liaising between sellers, e-commerce site, and logistics service.
  • The first point of contact for incoming calls from buyers, sellers, logistics, and other interested parties.
  • Supervise office functions and upkeep.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 1-2 years Secretarial or office experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of functions and formulas)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Oriented and well-practiced in customer service
  • High organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
