Facilities Supervisor  

The Facilities Supervisor oversees the day-to-day functions, maintenance, operations and security of the entire facility/building and assets. Also supervises the entire General Services personnel, from Security Guards to Custodial personnel to Technicians to ensure that the facility/building is safe and operational for all occupants. Essential functions include but are not limited to the ff:

• Financial forecasting/budgeting
• Property, materials, equipment acquisition and/or disposal
• Planning and overseeing building work/renovation
• Lease management
• Security management
• Allocating and managing space within buildings
• Managing building maintenance activities
• Coordinating cleaning, catering and parking services
• Organizing security and general administrative services
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, permits and environmental, health and security standards
• Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers

• Self-driven in achieving or exceeding assigned KPI's
• Professionalism and maturity that would prove respectable for the entire team and the company
• Well-mannered in handling different types of clients
• Has good PR skills and customer service oriented
• Has good attention to detail
• Loves maintenance works and very interested in construction and maintenance matters
• Numbers oriented
