Business Development Officer - Specialist and Corporate  

The Business Development Officer is in charge of the marketing and sales of the specialist programs, summer workshops, tutorial, and corporate training.

• Ensure all information of all assigned accounts in LTS are updated.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls for all assigned accounts.
• Contact and convert all assigned student accounts within prescribed response time.
• Assist with the designing and sourcing of collaterals.
• Coordinate schedules, rooms, and equipment required to all Specialists, tutorial and corporate training.
• Assist with the evaluation, assignment, and scheduling of the Instructors.
• Assure proper coordination of enrollment and schedule of payment with clients.
• Ensure conception and execution of department activities or events.
• Fulfill other appropriate requests from immediate Supervisor.

• Familiarity with usage of LCD Project, laptop, and smartphone.
• Familiarity with usage of MS Office and Google Drive.

• A certain level of familiarity and understanding of the target market.
• A certain level of creativity in conceptualizing sales or marketing events and activities.

• Ability to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines agreed upon by the team and immediate Supervisor.
• Interest or passion with trends in Digital Arts and Technology.
