Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Encode student data such as grades and personal information.
- Audit records of students' files.
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
- Prepare daily and monthly report.
- Check source documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT department for enhancement of systems.
- Facilitate creation of student ID cards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- Typing skills of 40 wpm.
- Preferably with experience in handling student records or background in educational institution.
- Experience in IT responsibilities is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills.
